The next-generation Jeep Compass is set to debut in Europe by mid-2025. Stellantis has officially confirmed this news, releasing teaser images that provide a closer look at the upcoming SUV.
Built on the STLA Medium platform, the new Compass will be manufactured in Melfi, Italy. The teaser images highlight the vehicle’s headlamp design, which appears to draw inspiration from the Cherokee, along with illuminated elements on the grille. Another image showcases the intricately designed tail lamps featuring signature LED lighting, which appear to be wrap-around units.

The new Jeep Compass will be available with multiple powertrain options, including an e-hybrid, an e-hybrid plug-in, and a fully electric variant. Select models will also come equipped with all-wheel drive.
As previously confirmed by Stellantis, the next-generation Compass will not be introduced in India. Instead, the facelifted version of the current-gen Compass continues to be available in the Indian market, with several special editions launched over time.

Next-Gen Jeep Compass India Launch Plans
As previously reported, the next-generation Jeep Compass will not be introduced in India. According to sources, the STLA Medium platform did not meet the required commercial viability for the Indian market, leading Stellantis to cancel its launch. With the current Compass selling only in three-digit figures per month, the investment required for the new model was not justified by the projected sales volumes in India.
The new Compass is set to make its debut in Europe, with production beginning in Melfi, Italy, in 2025. Following its European launch, the model will expand to North America and other global markets in 2026.
