Huawei and AITO have officially unveiled the M8 SUV, a luxurious smart vehicle set to make its debut next month. The companies have also shared the first real glimpse of the car from a right-side angle, showcasing its elegant design and glossy silver finish.
The AITO M8 has been the subject of numerous leaks and rumors for quite some time. A live driving video of the car recently surfaced, highlighting its secure and smooth driving capabilities.
Now, Huawei and AITO have confirmed that the M8 electric sedan will launch next month. Interestingly, the companies issued an apology for the delay in revealing the car’s first look, stating:

“Sorry for the long wait! HarmonyOS Smart Car flagship SUV #AITOM8# will be launched in April. The all-round car king is ready to go!”
Yu Chengdong, Chairman of Huawei Smart Automotive Business, followed up on the teaser with a video, stating that the upcoming AITO model will introduce at least eight dynamic and comprehensive capabilities aimed at delivering an enhanced user experience.

Huawei AITO M8 Set for April Launch
Huawei and AITO have officially confirmed that the M8 SUV will be launched next month.
The AITO M8 will serve as the Smart Flagship SUV of the HarmonyOS Smart Driving Unit. It appears to be slightly smaller than the M9 but maintains a familiar design with refined aesthetics. The vehicle features a through-type lamp group design with headlights positioned on both sides.
Initial insights suggest that the car may incorporate an ultra-large connected screen for an immersive experience. It is also expected to integrate enhanced Huawei driving solutions, offering significant improvements over the AITO M9 and M7 models.
