2026 Cadillac Celestiq
The Cadillac Celestiq stands as the brand’s exclusive, low-production luxury flagship, designed to highlight the automaker’s craftsmanship and bespoke design expertise.
Naturally, such exclusivity comes with a steep price tag; the 2025 Celestiq started at around $340,000. However, Cadillac is preparing to take things even further with the upcoming 2026 model, which will see a substantial price increase.
According to Automotive News, the 2026 Cadillac Celestiq will be priced roughly $60,000 higher than the previous version, with a new starting point in the low $400,000 range.
This price hike comes with added value, as the premium smart glass roof is now a standard feature. Additionally, the new model includes eight years of connected services, offering long-term convenience for owners of this ultra-luxurious EV.
Interestingly, even a $400,000 hand-built luxury car isn’t exempt from special promotions. The publication reports that Cadillac has also simplified the personalization process for its customers, making it easier for buyers to tailor their Celestiq to their exact preferences.

First introduced in late 2022, the Celestiq marked Cadillac’s transition into the electric era. Built on General Motors’ Ultium Platform, it delivers an impressive 655 horsepower and 640 pound-feet of torque from a dual-motor setup.
With Velocity Max mode engaged, the Celestiq can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in as little as 3.7 seconds. The car’s performance is complemented by adaptive air springs and Cadillac’s advanced Magnetic Ride Control 4.0 system, ensuring a smooth and controlled ride.
What truly sets the Celestiq apart is its bespoke nature. Cadillac asserts that no two cars will ever be the same. Buyers can choose from an extensive range of custom paint finishes, upholstery combinations, and unique trim materials to create a one-of-a-kind vehicle.
Inside, the Celestiq is loaded with cutting-edge technology, including Super Cruise hands-free driving, four-wheel steering, a full-width pillar-to-pillar HD display, and a 38-speaker premium audio system. Even the smallest details are meticulously crafted, with several interior and exterior components created through advanced 3D-printing techniques.
Cadillac confirmed that all 25 units of the 2025 Celestiq have already been sold. However, pre-orders are now open for the 2026 model.
Despite its success, the automaker has no plans to significantly increase production. The Celestiq will remain a limited, hand-built showcase of American luxury, innovation, and technology, positioned as a true rival to Rolls-Royce in both craftsmanship and exclusivity.
