Lamborghini and Ducati have joined forces once more, unveiling their latest collaboration at the prestigious Milan Design Week. This marks the third partnership between the two iconic Italian brands, resulting in a special edition of the Ducati Panigale V4 S. Inspired by the bold design language of Lamborghini’s latest V12 masterpiece—the Revuelto—this new project is poised to capture the imagination (and bank accounts) of high-end motorcycle enthusiasts.
Design Cues and Engineering Brilliance
Officially named the Panigale V4 Lamborghini, the bike was unveiled alongside the Revuelto and shares a number of its visual and technical influences. Forged aluminum wheels mimic the styling found on the Lamborghini, while Ducati reworked several components—including the tail section and aerodynamic winglets—to reflect the aggressive silhouette of the Revuelto. A wealth of carbon fiber accents enhances the bike’s performance and aesthetic appeal. Key elements such as the heat shield, instrument mounts, heel guards, radiator ducts, and chain guard all feature Lamborghini’s distinctive carbon weave, creating a sense of cohesion between the two machines.
The look is rounded out with a stunning paint job using hues straight from Lamborghini’s palette. Colors like Verde Scandal, Grigio Telesto, and Grigio Acheso give the Panigale V4 Lamborghini a presence that’s both sleek and unmistakably Italian, perfectly complementing the Revuelto with which it debuted.

Performance with a Premium Touch
Thanks to its extensive use of carbon fiber, the Panigale V4 Lamborghini sheds approximately five pounds compared to the standard Panigale V4, bringing its weight down from around 413 pounds. This makes it the lightest version of the Panigale to date—an appropriate distinction considering the supercar pedigree behind its design.
But exclusivity comes at a price. The Panigale V4 Lamborghini starts at a hefty $78,400. For those wanting something even more rarefied, the Speciale Clienti edition carries a jaw-dropping price tag of $100,400. Given the premium touches and tight production numbers, few will be surprised by the cost.
A Legacy of Collaboration
This isn’t Ducati and Lamborghini’s first dance. Their collaborative history dates back to 2020 with the release of the Ducati Diavel 1260 Lamborghini, which featured styling elements inspired by the Lamborghini Sian SKP 37, including its distinctive Gea Green and Electrum Gold color scheme. In 2022, they unveiled the Ducati Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini at the San Marino and Rimini Riviera MotoGP, incorporating visual cues from the Huracan STO.
Like its predecessors, the Panigale V4 Lamborghini is incredibly exclusive. Production is limited to just 630 units, with an additional 63 Speciale Clienti bikes reserved exclusively for current Lamborghini owners.

Tailored Exclusivity
Buyers of the Speciale Clienti model can customize their bike to match their Lamborghini in exact detail—down to the paint and trim. Beyond that, Ducati offers matching riding gear, including a helmet, jacket, and leather suit in the Panigale V4 Lamborghini’s signature colors. Speciale Clienti buyers can even coordinate their leathers with their motorcycle (and their Lamborghini), because of course they can.
Final Thoughts
It’s hard to argue that Lamborghini has ever aimed to be a value-focused brand—and this limited-edition Ducati certainly doesn’t shift that narrative. With the standard Panigale V4 S starting at $33,895, the Lamborghini co-branded version commands nearly $45,000 more for what amounts to some design upgrades and five pounds of weight savings. Still, if history is any indicator—the Ducati Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini reportedly sold out in mere hours—there’s little doubt this new model will sell just as quickly. The blend of performance, style, and exclusivity is exactly what collectors crave, and Lamborghini and Ducati know it.
